Tia Deloatch is a Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. She served in Iraq in support of the Iraqi Freedom campaign year 2005-2006 and retired August 2013. Once she retired, Tia completed her Master of Social Work Degree with a primary concentration of Clinical, specialization in Health- Child, Adolescent and Family Health (CAFH) from the University of Maryland School of Social Work
