The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN), a program of the National Center for Children and Families (NCCF), is a person centered and culturally specific, healthcare, education, and outreach response which fosters integrated wellness and optimal health in Montgomery County’s Black community.
In Montgomery County and the U.S., African Americans have the lowest health status compared to other racial/ethnic groups. The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN) works to close this disparity by providing critical health and wellness services, helping African Americans thrive in all aspects of their lives.

We'll have music, food and activities. Enjoy appearances by special guests and entertainment by familiar faces! Be a part of the movement to unify Montgomery County as we navigate our new course and continue to enjoy our way of life!
The BPHN program is a public-private partnership between Montgomery County’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and NCCF, funded primarily by the County with supplemental grants and donations secured by NCCF.
